AI for Meetings
Zakura takes perfect meeting notes and gives real-time answers, all while completely undetectable
In the call,
not on the screen.
The overlay listens to the call, follows what is being asked, and writes the answer on your screen only. No tab-switching, no second device.
Product demo
Watch it work.
Only you see this. The pill below is the real overlay. Hover the Z, hit Capture, drag the transparency. Your audience never gets a pixel of it.
Capture.Listen.Follow-up.
Seven
modes.
A mode changes two things: how an answer is written, and what the notes contain afterwards. It also changes who is talking. In an interview Zakura answers as you. In a recruiting screen it sits on your side of the table and assesses the person across from it.
Picked at launch, changeable mid-session
Technical interview
Speaks as youThe complete solution in your language, edge cases handled, with time and space complexity on its own line.
Every problem you were given, the approach you took, and the code you ended up with.
Every meeting,
written up.
The session is captured while the pill is running. When you end it, Zakura turns the recording into a document instead of leaving you a wall of transcript.
Summary
What the meeting was about, in a few lines you can paste into a thread.
Key points
The things that were actually said, not a restatement of the agenda.
Action items
With owners and deadlines where somebody stated them, and without inventing them where nobody did.
Decisions
What was settled, so the next meeting does not settle it again.
Full transcript
Speaker-separated, kept alongside the notes so any line can be checked.
A sales call and a technical interview do not produce the same document.
Each mode writes its own sections: objections and commitments for a sales call, problems and solutions for a technical interview.
Export where you work
Markdown, JSON, or plain text. The transcript comes with it, so nothing is locked inside the app.
Sync to your dashboard
Optional, and off until you turn it on. With it on, notes are searchable from the web. With it off, they never leave the machine that recorded them.
Rides along
everywhere.
Streams. Client calls. Webinars. Lessons. Demos. If it plays through your machine, your notes ride along quietly.
Invisible,
not invasive.
Zakura draws above your work, never inside the capture stream. Audio gets processed in the session. Transcripts stay on your disk. What sits on your monitor stays on your monitor.
Zakura is a confidence monitor. That is the whole pitch.
Anchors have had one since the sixties. It sits below the lens, holds the script, and the audience never sees it. Zakura is that monitor for people who go live without a studio behind them. Streamers. Creators. Teachers. Hosts. Consultants.
A confidence monitor helps a prepared person deliver. It cannot make an unprepared one competent, and it was never meant to. So if a room exists to find out what you know on your own, close Zakura. Walk in better prepared, not better disguised.
Invisible on screen share
Excluded from window capture by Windows itself, on the window, not by a software trick.
Audio never retained
Processed in-session. Transcripts and notes stay on your machine unless you turn on dashboard sync.
Off the taskbar, out of frame
Hidden from the taskbar and task switcher, and click-through so it never steals focus.
Proctor detection
Watches for lockdown proctoring software and tells you the moment one is running.
Tune your monitor.
Or let them code.
A control surface for people who take their work seriously. Configure sources, models, and hotkeys to fit how you work.
Hotkey driven
Summon it, hide it, steer it. Your hands never leave the keyboard.
Streaming cues
Each line builds word by word, so you start talking sooner.
Multi-model support
Pick from the leading models, or bring your own key.
Offline mode
Pro runs fully local. Nothing leaves your machine.
From people who run it.
My run of show sits on my own monitor and none of it reaches the capture. Chat sees the game. I see the next beat.

The six things people ask us most. If yours is not here, mail hello@zakura.app and a human answers.
No. Zakura draws above your desktop, outside the capture stream, so screen shares and recordings never pick it up. It does not join your call as a participant and it never appears in a guest list.
Not in the settings it is built for. A confidence monitor is standard broadcast kit; anchors have used one since the sixties. It is for prepared people delivering live. It is explicitly not for interviews, exams, certifications, or anything with a proctor watching.
All of them. Zakura sits above your screen rather than plugging into any one tool, so Zoom, Meet, Teams, OBS, StreamYard, Riverside and anything else that plays through your machine work the same way with no integration step.
Audio is processed during the session and transcripts stay on your disk. What sits on your monitor stays on your monitor. You can also run a local model and stay fully offline on the Pro plan.
No. Every account gets 120 free minutes a week, banking up to 480. Beyond that you can buy a pack of minutes once, and those never expire. A monthly plan is there if you want one, and its minutes expire at the end of each month. Unused minutes are refundable for seven days.
A Windows machine. Zakura is a native desktop app, not a browser extension. That is what lets it stay outside the capture stream.
